By this we mean it is solely reserved for your use. Cheaper hosts frequently over sell, for example a large account my not use all it's space therefore they may resell the space and bandwidth you have already bought to a smaller account holder, this becomes a complex juggling act. We don't play games with your hosting package, your space and bandwidth is solely yours, we give you ownership, we do not play russian roulette with your site's stability, hoping you'll never notice.

Doing this also stops our servers from getting over crowded. Our computers are not fighting with thousands of requests from other sites while trying to dish out your requests, we run our servers with low loads, this does make us slightly more expensive but we think the results are well worth the money.

You really will get 99.9% uptime a year, an offer you can hold us too. This comes at a price we just don't publish this as a meaningless statistic, we really do deliver this, or we'll refund you pro-rata if we don't, how many hosts explicitly tell you what happens when your guaranteed product doesn't meet spec?
