Our fair usage policy is simple, we offer shared hosting we expect you to fully exploit our service however if your activities impact significantly on other users such as excess CPU usage, we will contact you requesting you rectify the matter and to discuss alternative plans with you, we may also, at our discretion offer you a free technical review, proposing ideas that would make your site more efficient. If you do not respond or a resolution cannot be reach we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and at our discretion award you a pro-rata refund on any unused purchased service.
